What You Can Do With LeadScrapper Pro: Leads for Every Kind of Seller
Founder, Navital Labs
lightbulbKey Takeaways / TL;DR Summary
Who it is for: anyone who needs customers or clients from local businesses. Cold callers, B2B sales reps, freelancers of any kind, agencies, and web or marketing sellers.
What you get: real local leads from Google Maps, a score for each one, contact details, and outreach written around what you sell, including a call script. Website audits are an extra for web and marketing sellers.
LeadScrapper Pro began as a tool for freelance web developers: find a local business with a broken website, prove it, and pitch the fix. That workflow still works well, and it is still there. But the same engine, finding local businesses and helping you start a real conversation with them, is useful to almost anyone who sells.
So the product no longer assumes you sell websites. You tell it what you sell, and it adapts. This page walks through what you can do with it today.
What every account can do
- Lead discovery: Search any niche in any city and get real local businesses from Google Maps, not a stale list.
- Lead scoring: Every lead is ranked by opportunity, using ratings, reviews and the contact channels available.
- Contact details: Phone, website and social links where they are publicly available, unlocked on paid plans.
- Market intelligence: See how crowded a niche is in a city before you spend time on it.
- Outreach drafts: Email, WhatsApp, LinkedIn and DM drafts in four tones (Professional, Friendly, Aggressive, Direct), plus a call script.
- Deep lead reports: An AI report on a single lead. For anyone with a website it includes a site scan, and it feeds sharper outreach.
- Free website Auditor: Paste any URL and get an instant audit. No signup needed to try it.
- Pipeline and export: Save searches, mark leads as contacted, filter your list and export to CSV.
What you can do, by what you sell
callCold calling customers
Build a call list of local businesses that show a real phone number and a solid review base. Each lead gets a short call script with an opener, the reason you are calling, one clear ask, and ready answers for "I'm busy" and "not interested".
handshakeB2B sales
Sell software, products or services to one niche at a time. Pull fresh businesses for each city you cover, prioritise the established ones, and send a short first touch that names the business, its niche and your offer.
workFreelance work
Video editors, writers, designers and developers can find local businesses that regularly need their work. Add your rates and a portfolio link in Settings and pitch one small, concrete first project.
developer_modeWeb design, SEO and marketing
Still the deepest workflow. On top of everything above you get a website audit (speed, mobile, SSL, SEO, dead call-to-action buttons) and outreach that cites the exact problems found.
apartmentAgencies and teams
Run repeatable outreach at volume across niches and cities, export leads by search, and keep every lead in one pipeline. The custom Business plan adds team accounts and API and webhook integrations.
more_horizAnything else
Real estate, recruiting local businesses, event sponsorships, partnerships. Pick "Something else", describe your offer in one line, and the pitches are written around it.
How it fits together
- Tell it what you sell. Choose your category at signup or in Settings, and add one line describing your offer. This decides how every pitch is written.
- Search a niche and a city. Get local businesses scored by opportunity.
- Open a lead. Review the details, run a deep report if it is worth it, and pick a tone.
- Send your first touch. Use the email, message or call script. Mark the lead contacted and move on to the next one.
The difference between categories is honest by design. If you sell web or marketing services, your pitch can cite the audit findings because they are real. If you sell anything else, your pitch never claims we audited a site, and instead leads with facts about the business and your own offer.
What it does not do
- It finds local businesses. It is not a database of individual people, so it will not give you a named decision maker's personal email.
- Drafts and call scripts are starting points. Read and adjust them before you use them.
- On Free, Starter and Pro you send the messages yourself. Direct sending belongs to the custom Business plan.
- Follow the rules for cold outreach where you operate, including email, calling and messaging consent laws.
FAQ
Is LeadScrapper Pro only for web developers and marketers?
No. It started there, but it now works for anyone who needs customers or clients from local businesses: cold callers, B2B sales reps, freelancers of any kind, agencies and web or marketing sellers. You choose what you sell in Settings and the outreach is written for that offer. Website audits are shown as pitch evidence for web and marketing sellers, and other sellers get pitches that do not claim any audit was done.
What kind of leads does LeadScrapper Pro find?
Local businesses from Google Maps, by niche and city. Each lead comes with the details Google shows publicly, such as name, address, phone, website, rating and review count, plus a score to help you decide who to contact first. It is not a database of individual people or personal email addresses.
Does LeadScrapper Pro send the messages for me?
On the Free, Starter and Pro plans it writes the drafts (email, WhatsApp, LinkedIn, DM and a call script) and you review and send them yourself. Direct DM sending is part of the custom Business plan.
